Teflon is a specialised engineering plastic which has excellent non stick properties – it has a surface to which no substance will adhere.  Teflon is not affected by almost all chemicals and solvents and has outstanding dielectric properties, making teflon sheets the ideal engineering plastic for electrical and thermal insulators, seals, glide rings, etc.  Teflon also has excellent UV resistance and is capable of continuous use at 260 degrees centigrade.  Teflon sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm thick.  At Pacific West, we supply cut to size teflon sheets and also supply full teflon sheets.
