Pacific West Corporation provides a complete plastic fabrication service. We custom fabricate in perspex sheet, acrylic, polycarbonate, and various other plastic products. Pacific West also provides a plastic welding service and can complete plastic fabrication by gluing (using our very own plastic adhesive), drilling bending and polishing for domestic and industrial applications. Plastic fabrication offers a viable alternative to expensive tooling for injection or rotary moulded parts. Differentiating Features

Plastic fabrication is lighter in weight than steel and glass fabrication, and also has good chemical and electrical resistance. Plastic fabricated parts can be cut to size, bent to shape and then welded or glued to provide a strong and attractive part.  All our plastic fabrications are completed using our own brand of Australian made plastic adhesive - Acri Bond adhesive.  See the Acri Bond plastic adhesive page for more details on these products.  We also supply Xerapol.  Xerapol is a polishing paste, which removes any scratches on acrylic and some other plastics.  Xerapol is water soluble for easy wash off and it is also suitable for use in polishing machines.
